F5 Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the enterprise AI transformation strategy across core business functions. This role bridges AI platforms with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business units, translating function-specific needs into prioritized agentic use cases and driving measurable AI adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities include partnering directly with business leaders to understand challenges and workflows, implementing F5's 5-pillar AI transformation strategy, and acting as a trusted advisor on how AI can accelerate organizational goals. You will own the backlog for business-facing AI solutions, balancing impact with technical feasibility while collaborating with engineering and core AI platform teams to deliver iteratively.
The role emphasizes adoption and change management—driving measurable adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows while partnering with enablement teams to create training, documentation, and rollout plans tailored to specific business functions. You will ensure business-specific AI solutions adhere to enterprise governance, security, and cost-management standards, helping business units navigate the AI Innovation Review process.
Success is measured through defining and tracking KPIs tied to functional AI adoption, usage, and measurable business value (time saved, revenue influenced). You will partner with stakeholders to baseline and quantify ROI for AI-enabled workflows within their departments.
Required: 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in internal tools, enterprise software, or digital transformation. Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and practical business operations (Sales, Marketing, CS). Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence without direct authority. Proven ability to operate in Agile environments, manage backlogs, and deliver iterative value. Excellent communication skills translating technical AI concepts into business value.
Preferred: Prior GTM team experience (Sales, Customer Success), understanding of no-code/low-code automation platforms, and experience quantifying ROI for internal productivity tools.
