Flexport is a global logistics platform that powers freight booking, pricing, visibility, customs, and delivery across 112 countries, moving over $19B in merchandise annually. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical product area and define vision, roadmap, and execution for features that serve logistics managers, supply chain leaders, freight operators, and internal teams.
You will own your product area end-to-end—from problem discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive experiences. The role involves defining and delivering features that improve key workflows, using data to guide prioritization and measure impact, and developing analytics frameworks to track product health and business outcomes. You'll contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy with opportunities to shape the platform's future.
Flexport is currently expanding its Product team across three high-impact domains: Client Experiences (consolidating core architecture and integrating AI agents into client-facing platforms for onboarding, visibility, and workflows); Visibility (building end-to-end tracking, system logic, and data infrastructure for physical goods moving globally); and Commerce & Automation (building autonomous AI agents for quoting, billing, invoicing, and cost intelligence).
Required: 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain-relevant background. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL proficiency. Track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains. Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows. Ability to collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and commercial or operations teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization. Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus.
