FleetWorks is building an AI-powered marketplace to modernize freight booking in the U.S., where over a trillion dollars moves annually through fragmented, manual systems. The company is creating omni-channel agents that connect carriers, brokers, and owner-operators into an intelligent platform.
As Senior Product Manager, you will partner directly with the CEO and founding team to refine vision, strategy, and execution for the broker-facing AI product lines. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from roadmap refinement and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scaling—working across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and evolving the strategy and roadmap for broker AI products
- Driving end-to-end execution with speed and measurable impact
- Establishing product excellence standards for scoping, prioritization, launch, and learning
- Scaling adoption and managing customer change management
- Making high-judgment calls in ambiguous environments
You should have a track record of building category-defining, high-impact products and scaling them from first principles. Experience working with data in AI-first environments is essential—knowing the right questions to ask matters more than SQL syntax. You're a systems thinker with strong customer instincts, comfortable balancing ground-truth insights with data. You operate with a founder's mindset, close to the work, with an exceptionally high bar for excellence.
Compensation is positioned at the 75th percentile for companies at this funding stage, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and fully covered meals.
