Everlaw is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for data ingestion, collection, and processing at scale. You will drive the evolution of how the platform connects to third-party APIs, manages cloud connectors, handles raw and structured uploads, and maintains reliable backend pipelines.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing strategy for data collection initiatives (third-party connectors, governance connectors, upload pipelines), partnering with design, research, and engineering to deliver user-focused features, and navigating third-party platform dependencies and shifting API requirements. You'll own product strategy around emerging data formats, evaluate how pipeline capabilities can be exposed to AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling, and drive performance improvements across connector and upload workflows with focus on ingestion speed, error reporting, and system reliability.
You will engage with users, executives, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to align product initiatives with customer needs and company vision, and partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure data practices meet security and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience with focus on B2B platforms, data architecture, or data pipelines (ETL, ingestion, syncs). You've successfully launched products with significant third-party API dependencies and vendor integrations, navigate ambiguity when requirements or vendor documentation change, conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights into actionable requirements, and communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional teams. Experience with data pipelines, integrations, connector architecture, and exposure to AI/agentic tooling (MCP) is expected. Bonus experience includes data governance, compliance, privacy product work, data analysis platforms (Heap, Looker), or legal technology industry familiarity.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Oakland with hybrid schedule: in-office Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, work-from-home Tuesday/Friday. Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
