Elliptic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the vision for its Real-time Risk solutions, which detect financial crime risks instantly and empower customers to act on emerging threats. You will design and deliver scalable, real-time, and programmatic solutions to detect compliance risks and alert customers to activity beyond their defined risk thresholds, leveraging Elliptic's industry-leading blockchain analytics and risk screening capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to break down complex analytics challenges, prioritize technical trade-offs, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. You'll develop deep knowledge of Elliptic's products, datasets, the blockchain analytics ecosystem, and customers—serving as an ambassador internally and externally. Working directly with customers and prospects, you'll understand their objectives, problems, and opportunity spaces to inform product strategy.
You will craft and maintain the product roadmap for Real-time Risk, becoming the subject matter expert for this critical product area. You'll partner with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and support Sales and Customer teams during key meetings. Post-launch, you'll monitor product performance and customer feedback, using analytics and usage insights to continuously refine features, enhance user value, and drive iteration.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product experience in highly technical roles dealing with large datasets and/or complex engineering systems. Prior knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain infrastructure is essential. Bonus experience includes blockchain analytics or intelligence work in the public or private sector. You should be an entrepreneurial thinker thriving in dynamic environments, highly curious about technology and crypto, and passionate about engaging with customers and partners. Strong communication skills—translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences—are critical, as is a technically minded approach to diving into data and technology details.
