Efficient is building ultra-low-power general-purpose processors that use 100x less energy than state-of-the-art alternatives, enabling perpetual AI/ML inference on AA batteries for 5-10 years. This Senior Product Manager role bridges product strategy and engineering execution, owning cross-portfolio work that spans silicon and software platforms.
You will own tangible artifacts rather than meetings: datasheets, benchmark reports, competitive teardowns, evaluation kit requirements, and vertical product content. This is a broad, high-leverage role on a small product team with intentional first-year ramp. You are expected to learn quickly, ask technically credible questions, and bring the right people together to reach clear decisions and produce deliverables.
Key responsibilities include building technical evidence (customer-facing content, competitive analysis, interactive evaluation tools), productizing the evaluation experience (defining readiness criteria, managing platform lifecycle, coordinating across engineering and operations), protecting product intent through execution (maintaining authoritative product records, identifying divergence between requirements and execution), and supporting vertical use cases with technical content and market evidence.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years in semiconductors, embedded systems, or hardware/software platform businesses in applications engineering, technical marketing, product management, or customer-facing technical roles. Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of substantial customer-facing technical content or analysis. Experience working directly with customer engineering teams and translating findings into product decisions. Technical depth to understand datasheets, reason about system-level tradeoffs, and work credibly with hardware and software engineers. Evidence of using tools, automation, or analysis to solve identified problems (benchmark automation, power/performance modeling, competitive analysis, test tracking, documentation generation). Comfort operating across breadth, ambiguity, and shifting priorities with good judgment on escalation.
