As Senior Product Manager for CoreUX, you'll own the end-to-end app experience—from the home screen to the design system and platform performance. You'll lead the team's evolution from a supporting function to the owner of EarnIn's core member experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the home screen and core navigation, transforming it from static rules-based surfaces to ML-orchestrated experiences that show members their next best action
- Creating tight feedback loops with community members to understand product issues and drive resolution
- Communicating product vision, roadmap, and results to product teams, stakeholders, and executives
- Defining OKRs and stretch goals aligned with company-wide objectives like wage access activation and design system adoption
- Raising the bar for design quality and UX by partnering closely with Design to enforce and evolve EarnIn's design system
- Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts
- Establishing and analyzing key metrics: activation, design system adoption, trust rating, platform performance
- Leveraging user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify new opportunities
- Championing AI-native operations—building automated tooling and agents to design, build, and catch issues faster
- Designing, developing, and executing features and experiments to iterate rapidly
You'll need 4+ years of product management experience at consumer technology companies, with strong product/design sense, analytical skills, and deep user empathy. Technical acumen around platform performance and design system architecture is essential. You should be comfortable with rapid experimentation, cross-team influence, and fluent with AI tools in your workflow.
