Drata is a rapidly scaling compliance automation and security assurance platform (600+ employees, founded 2020) building the trust layer for enterprise organizations. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy and execution for enterprise compliance solutions, working at the intersection of AI, security, and governance.
Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps to solve critical customer problems in the enterprise space, designing MVP experiences and iterating based on customer feedback, running lean experiments and hypothesis-driven development, and partnering closely with engineering and design to build and maintain mission-critical features. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams on release planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, while proactively anticipating dependencies and communicating progress to leadership.
You bring 5+ years of product management experience delivering world-class software products, with deep customer empathy and a passion for problem-solving through effective customer interviews. You excel at breaking down ambitious visions into manageable deliverables, ruthlessly prioritizing backlogs, and maintaining a data-informed mindset paired with strong analytical skills. You're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional collaboration abilities across PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams, and a growth mindset committed to continuous improvement.
Strongly preferred: experience launching new products from 0-1, building complex enterprise products, and domain expertise in procurement, vendor management, third-party risk, or risk management.
