Dandy is transforming the dental industry (worth $400B+) by building an operating system for dental practices globally. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of Dandy's practice-facing software as the company expands internationally.
You will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for practice-facing tools, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless user experiences. Your responsibilities include building intuitive software that simplifies complex operational tasks for practice owners and staff, partnering across engineering, design, finance, operations, sales, and customer service to align on priorities and execution.
Key focus areas include ensuring financial and practice-facing systems meet tax, healthcare, and regulatory compliance standards across geographies; supporting flexible practice workflows and new revenue models; evaluating and implementing integrations with payment processors, practice management systems, tax engines, and external providers; and leveraging data to identify trends, eliminate friction, and drive business outcomes.
You will need 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or practice-facing software. Technical fluency is essential—you'll work closely with engineering on system architecture, APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations. Strong customer obsession, cross-functional leadership, analytical skills, and bias for action are critical. Experience in healthcare, dental, practice management, payment gateways, ERP systems, billing platforms, or global expansion is a bonus.
