The platform unifies calls and messages for sales and customer service workflows.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution for CloudTalk's core Sales & Support segment, with expansion into adjacent use cases like qualification and deflection. You'll work within autonomous, empowered R&D teams to shape the future of AI-augmented human communication.
Key responsibilities include: conducting deep user research to understand core personas (manager and operational users in sales/support); crafting vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer outcomes; translating insights into compelling roadmaps and day-to-day execution; co-leading customer discovery with Product Design and peers; facilitating journey mapping and identifying golden tasks; aligning R&D and go-to-market teams around solutions; collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to validate and define solutions; and driving product-led decision-making company-wide.
You'll need 5+ years of B2B product experience, ideally in audio, visual, or omnichannel communication targeting manager and operational personas. You must demonstrate a track record of measurable behavioral changes that drive business and customer metrics. You're skilled at translating complex, multi-phase initiatives into clear, well-researched explanations of business value, risks, user flows, and impact. You're equally data-obsessed and user-obsessed, using qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions. You communicate flexibly across front-line teams and executive leadership. Critically, you work AI-fluently with concrete examples of AI-assisted workflows (discovery synthesis, spec drafting, competitive analysis) and can articulate what you deliberately kept human and why. You catch model errors, own everything you ship, and are stress-resilient and highly organized.
