Salary: EUR 60,000 - 90,000 / annual

Cabify is a mobility platform connecting riders to drivers to improve urban transportation and make cities better places to live. The Product Management team drives innovation across the platform, defining vision and roadmap for products serving millions of users, drivers, and businesses. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy for high-impact domains and execute complex initiatives from ideation through launch. You'll translate market opportunities into clear, ambitious roadmaps with measurable objectives, ensuring solutions deliver tangible value for users and the business. Key responsibilities: - Lead product strategy for one or more key domains, translating it into a clear roadmap with measurable objectives - Identify market opportunities and user needs through deep data analysis, qualitative research, and product sense - Manage the full product lifecycle: conceptualization, design, launch, and post-launch iteration, working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams - Act as a reference point and mentor for other Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement - Influence and align multiple internal and external stakeholders, communicating the product vision effectively and ensuring cohesion in execution The role offers an on-site work model in Madrid with flexible hours, team events, personal development programs, Coursera access, flexible compensation (restaurant/transport/healthcare/childcare tickets), and Cabify staff free rides. Requirements: - 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or equivalent roles, leading high-impact products - Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex product strategies, prioritize based on data, and deliver measurable results - Excellent product sense and user-centered approach, with ability to identify problems and design innovative solutions - Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills, able to inspire and align multidisciplinary teams - Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience making decisions based on metrics and outcomes - Academic background in Economics, Engineering, or relevant discipline is a plus - Alignment with Cabify's principles
