As Senior Product Manager, you will own key product areas within the B2B SaaS platform, driving strategy, roadmap, and delivery for customer-facing features. You'll define product strategy and specifications in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Your responsibilities include shipping and iterating on features, measuring impact, and continuously improving based on customer feedback and usage data. You'll conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to inform product decisions and prioritization.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. A key part of this role involves adopting and helping shape internal AI-powered tools that automate and enhance product management workflows, including AI-assisted product development (leveraging LLM-based tools for specifications and documentation), automated market and user insights (synthesizing competitor updates, industry news, and user feedback), and intelligent workflow automation (connecting internal systems like Notion, Slack, Figma, and CRM).
The role requires 5+ years of product management experience at B2B SaaS companies with a track record of shipping customer-facing products. You need solid technical fluency—ability to read code, understand system architecture, and work effectively with engineering teams. Familiarity with AI technologies, including building or using LLM applications, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts, is essential. You must demonstrate proven ability to ship products end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders are critical. Data fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and using data to drive product decisions is required.
