As Senior Product Manager, you will lead complex product initiatives across your area, driving strategic vision with tactical excellence. You'll translate business objectives and customer needs into AI-native products that deliver measurable impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead multiple high-impact initiatives across your product area
- Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows as core development accelerants—from discovery and synthesis to roadmap communication
- Design products with AI-assisted experiences in mind, understanding how agents and automation change user expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to translate customer needs into compelling features
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps balancing short-term wins with long-term vision
- Define success metrics and build data-driven feedback loops to measure performance
- Model AI-native working habits and contribute to shared knowledge base of tools and workflows
- Identify product improvements through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Influence stakeholders by effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and outcomes
- Coach and mentor junior product managers while modeling operating principles
You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact. You actively use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent) as daily working accelerants—not just for writing, but for synthesis, research, and structured thinking. You understand user research, usability testing, and UI/UX design principles for complex systems. You're comfortable building personal context systems and loading information into AI tools effectively. You have strong analytical skills with product analytics and BI tools, understand AI as a reasoning partner, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You operate comfortably with ambiguity and have a point of view on how AI changes the PM role.
