B-Stock is the world's largest B2B recommerce marketplace, connecting enterprise sellers (retailers, brands) moving returned and excess inventory at scale with thousands of buyers seeking value. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own one domain of the marketplace end-to-end—whether seller operations, buyer experience, logistics, or core platform—and move it from ambiguous, high-stakes problems to shipped, measured outcomes. Key responsibilities include: framing problems sharply by separating known facts from assumptions and committing to high-leverage paths; writing clear PRDs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute in a single read; owning metrics end-to-end (define KPI, ship, measure impact); collaborating cross-functionally across engineering, design, data, operations, and account management; and communicating outcomes with transparent tradeoffs and rationale. The company operates AI-natively. Engineering ships fast with agentic tooling (Claude Code and similar), and the Product team matches that velocity—AI is already embedded in research, prototyping, and writing, with judgment about what to delegate and where your own thinking stays central. You'll need 4+ years of product experience with a clear track record of stepping into unfamiliar domains and getting effective quickly. Core competencies: decisiveness under uncertainty (chasing available signals, committing without perfect information, staying honest about what would change your mind); data fluency (defining KPIs, running analysis yourself, comfortable in analytics and experimentation tools); technical fluency (reading API docs, reasoning about architecture tradeoffs, holding your own with engineers); and AI-native habits already embedded in your workflow. A plus: B2B marketplace, auction, or two-sided platform experience; shipping AI/ML into customer-facing products; operations or logistics product work; or time in scrappy 0-to-1 environments. Success looks like: six months in, you've ramped into a marketplace domain you'd never touched, shipped, and moved the metric. Leadership hands you the hardest, least-defined problem next—in your domain or a new one—knowing it's in good hands. You find the work itself fascinating.
