Assembled is a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI for customer support at scale. Used by companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood, the platform coordinates in-house agents, BPOs, and AI in a single operating system. The company is backed by $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe. As Senior Product Manager for Scheduling & Forecasting, you'll own the core of Assembled's workforce management (WFM) product—the primary reason customers choose the platform. You'll partner closely with support operations teams at world-class brands to understand capacity planning, schedule building, and real-time adaptation to volume and headcount shifts. Recent shipped work in this area includes a schedule assistant that reduces manual schedule-building effort in complex multi-queue environments, intelligent schedule editing tools that minimize planner time on adjustments, a shift generation engine that automatically optimizes shift timing against predicted support volume, and forecast review tools that give planners confidence to act on model outputs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include direct engagement with prospects and customers—discovery, co-building, and representing Assembled at the executive level with support operations leaders. You'll own the scheduling and forecasting roadmap end-to-end, from how planners build and edit schedules to how forecasts are generated, reviewed, and acted upon. You'll define how AI genuinely changes how work gets done, turning reactive planning into anticipatory systems. You'll develop deep intuition for enterprise complexity: 24/7 multi-channel, multi-site operations with SLAs, shrinkage, channel mix, and BPO relationships. As a senior member of the product team, you'll mentor junior PMs and raise the bar on product thinking and team culture. Required: 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, strong analytical and technical product skills with comfort diving into data and technical details, experience at a growing venture-backed startup, excellent written and verbal communication, customer-first mindset with strong discovery skills, and bias to action. Nice-to-have: experience building AI-powered product features in customer-value-driven ways and working closely with data science or ML teams on predictive optimization. This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco or New York with a 5-day, Monday–Friday office requirement. The company offers medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays and unlimited time off; monthly professional development and wellness credits; paid parental leave; catered lunches and snacks in offices; and 401(k) enrollment.
