Aqua Security, a global leader in cloud-native security, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution of its AI products and autonomous agents. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on product craft, focusing on intelligent security solutions for modern cloud environments including containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and AI-driven systems.
You will own the complete product lifecycle for AI-powered security capabilities: from market research and customer discovery through concept validation, prototyping, production delivery, and continuous improvement. This includes identifying high-value use cases for AI-assisted and autonomous workflows across cloud security, operations, and developer experiences.
Key responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap for AI agents and platform capabilities; conducting customer discovery and competitive analysis to identify target users and business value; leading proof-of-concept efforts to validate customer value, usability, and technical feasibility; translating customer needs into clear product requirements and differentiated capabilities; and working directly with engineering and design teams on product behavior, workflows, UI/UX, and quality standards.
You will establish quality evaluation frameworks for AI products, covering answer quality, accuracy, safety, consistency, evidence handling, user trust, and uncertainty management. The role requires partnering with Engineering, Security Research, Data Science, and Design to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. You'll drive both inbound and outbound product management activities, define success metrics using analytics and customer feedback, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy.
This is a strategic, hands-on position for a product leader with strong business judgment, technical depth, and practical experience building AI or machine learning products. You will represent the product internally and externally as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, executives, and industry stakeholders.
