The platform serves 500+ software companies—including CrowdStrike, HashiCorp, New Relic, and Snyk—from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, facilitating cloud co-sell relationships and transactions at scale through AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.
We seek a Senior Product Manager to own critical product capabilities on the Tackle Platform and Salesforce app integration, specifically co-sell and benefits features. You will sit at the heart of powering cloud GTM journeys for some of the world's largest technology companies.
Key responsibilities include: owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Co-sell & Benefits area; building and shipping customer-facing products that help customers access value from the partner and cloud ecosystem; working directly with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to understand pain points and translate them into clear product requirements; partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features; using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work and measure impact; balancing short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability; and communicating plans and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of owning and shipping customer-facing products; domain expertise in B2B SaaS; experience working with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystems; demonstrated ability to gather customer feedback and validate assumptions; proven capability to partner with engineering and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and shipped solutions; and strong product judgment with the ability to make prioritization trade-offs using customer insights, business context, and data.
