Salary: USD 166,000 - 229,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Air Defense team builds autonomous robots and networked systems designed to detect and neutralize aerial threats. The team develops premier products including Roadrunner, Sentry, Anvil, Pulsar, and Wisp, integrated into a software-enabled Air Defense family of systems. These autonomous networked sensors and effectors enable rapid response against evolving UAS threats.
As Senior Product Manager for the Sentry family of products, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for this critical product line. You will work across engineering, program, growth, and operations teams to translate evolving threat sets into fielded capability. Key responsibilities include:
• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs; translate strategy into product requirements, feature specifications, and PRDs that guide business and technical teams
• Conduct business case and ROI analyses to guide investment decisions; identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance counter-UAS capabilities and market position
• Establish clear product goals and key success metrics; define and track performance metrics to determine product success
• Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure product designs meet customer and business requirements while being scalable and manufacturable
• Serve as product evangelist, effectively communicating strategy and goals to internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support
• Work with Finance and Business Leadership to set and achieve product financial targets; lead margin optimization through design improvements, make-vs-buy decisions, and new technology introductions
• Partner with business development and field operations teams to gather customer insights, validate product needs, and conduct market and competitive analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Systems Engineering with focus on rugged, mission-critical hardware-software systems
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development from strategy and design through execution and commercialization
• Strong technical understanding of hardware-software systems, including sensors, effectors, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems
• Experience working with government, defense, or aerospace customers; familiarity with DoD procurement and acquisition processes
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA or equivalent graduate business education
• Background in military operations, air defense, or force protection
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and scaling production for high-tech hardware
• Experience with counter-UAS systems, effectors, or networked sensor architectures
• Experience delivering products that integrate into a command and control layer such as Lattice
