JustPark is a unified parking platform combining B2B solutions for venues, councils, and destinations with B2C services for drivers. The company merged ParkHub (US event parking) and JustPark (UK parking marketplace) to create a comprehensive, frictionless parking solution. You will serve as Senior Product Manager for Applied AI & Machine Learning, owning the AI/ML product roadmap for the Operator Suite—the operational command center venue teams use to plan events, price parking, run operations, and analyze performance. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in Dallas) combining senior product ownership with hands-on individual-contributor depth. Part 1: Lead Product Manager, Operator Suite. Define and execute strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Operator Suite within JustPark's B2B product line. Develop deep customer and industry understanding to inform product strategy. Own the vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and measurable KPIs. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data through discovery, requirements definition, and execution from concept through launch and scale. Part 2: AI/ML Product Leader. Own the AI portfolio across the Operator Suite: pre-event planning optimization, live-event dynamic pricing and routing, and post-event analytics. Start by applying commercial LLMs and third-party forecasting tools to proprietary data; evolve to conceiving, validating, and launching proprietary predictive and generative models tuned to live-event economics. Operate as a hands-on individual contributor—scoping problems, building prototypes, running evaluations, and driving candidates to production alongside Data Science and ML Engineering partners. Set the AI product vision and roadmap from research prototype through commercial launch. Personally scope, prototype, and evaluate models—reading research, writing notebooks, interrogating metrics, and pressure-testing experiment design. Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks including golden datasets, offline benchmarks, backtests, A/B and switchback experiments, and human evaluation rubrics. Design the data flywheel so production deployments generate signals, labels, and telemetry for next-generation model training. Partner across the organization to set standards for AI product building: prompt hygiene, guardrails, model governance, and AI-native discovery practices. You will define the AI architecture and customer experience for the Operator Suite as it scales, with direct executive sponsorship, meaningful Engineering and Data capacity, and 10+ years of proprietary event-venue data as your training set. Partner with a senior, collaborative Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science organization moving fast.
