AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Investment Banking persona within SuperAnalyst, the company's agentic AI finance platform. You will be responsible for translating deep investment banking workflows into a prioritized product roadmap that solves acute pain points for bankers—from analysts to managing directors.
In this role, you will own the IB skill roadmap and act as the voice of the banker, ensuring that AI-powered capabilities meet professional standards. You'll lead prompt engineering and validation, designing and testing skills so outputs are production-ready for live deals. You'll work closely with forward-deployed customer success teams and engineers to identify new capabilities and fold the best features back into the core library.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the Investment Banking roadmap and translating IB workflows (modeling, valuation, comps, M&A, capital markets) into prioritized capabilities
- Leading AI prompt engineering and validation to ensure all IB skills meet a professional banker's quality standard
- Guiding contributors and forward-deployed bankers on hard, account-specific builds
- Collaborating across Engineering, Design, Sales Enablement, and Strategic Initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement through testing against real deal scenarios
- Developing advanced agentic architectures (e.g., AI slide deck creation) and design systems
You bring 3+ years of experience as an analyst, associate, or beyond at a top-tier investment bank (M&A, coverage, capital markets, or leveraged finance). You understand the pressure, workflows, and friction points of banking work. You have a strong grasp of Generative AI, are comfortable with prompt engineering, and understand LLM limitations. You're a strategic thinker who can translate manual processes into AI-driven solutions and mentor others on domain expertise.
