As Senior Product Manager for AI Products, you will shape the future of Simpplr's AI platform by defining, building, and scaling AI-powered capabilities that enhance employee experience. You'll work cross-functionally with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver intelligent features spanning AI-driven content discovery, conversational experiences, intelligent automation, and predictive insights. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with engineering and product leadership to define and execute the roadmap for AI platform, services, and agentic capabilities - Identifying high-impact AI use cases across the employee experience platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals - Defining product requirements, user stories, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for AI-powered features and agents - Working with AI engineers, architects, and data scientists to translate requirements into AI models, APIs, retrieval systems, and enterprise integrations - Driving development of reusable AI platform primitives including model gateways, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, and agent tooling - Establishing evaluation frameworks for AI quality and performance using offline/online evaluations, golden datasets, and LLM-as-a-judge methodologies - Defining AI platform standards for reliability, scalability, monitoring, failure handling, and cost optimization - Developing governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring security, privacy, compliance, and auditability - Partnering with engineering on AI tool interfaces, APIs, MCP-compatible integrations, and agent interaction patterns - Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive AI adoption and measurable business outcomes - Staying current with advancements in GenAI, agents, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI practices - Serving as subject matter expert on enterprise AI productization across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field; 6+ years product management experience in enterprise SaaS with 2+ years focused on AI/ML-driven products; strong technical acumen with deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, agents, and AI orchestration patterns; experience defining and operating AI evaluation frameworks; hands-on experience with prompt engineering and context engineering.
