Stampli is building finance software with an AI-native approach, grounded in real financial workflows and designed by people with deep domain expertise. The company seeks a Senior Product Manager with substantial experience in finance, fintech, or ERP systems to drive product strategy and execution.
You will own product decisions for AI-native finance tools, leveraging your firsthand understanding of finance systems complexity, workflow gaps, control requirements, and how better systems create business value. This role is ideal for candidates from finance transformation, ERP implementation, management consulting, finance operations, or fintech backgrounds who have lived the pain points they'll now solve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating deep finance and ERP domain knowledge into product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across the Bay Area and Israel
- Using AI-native capabilities to accelerate product development and improve judgment
- Defining product requirements grounded in real financial workflows and control frameworks
- Driving product decisions that create measurable business value for finance teams
You bring:
- 7+ years of product, finance operations, or fintech experience
- Deep understanding of finance workflows, ERP systems, and financial controls
- Proven ability to translate domain expertise into compelling product strategy
- Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize in complex domains
- Experience working across distributed teams and geographies
This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv with collaboration across Stampli's offices in the Bay Area and Israel.
