Sequencing is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the day-to-day product roadmap for consumer-facing mobile and web experiences that bring genomic intelligence to members. You will report to the Senior Director of AI & Emerging Technologies and drive a flagship member-facing mobile product focused on earning trust, repeat use, and long-term retention.
You will own the complete member journey across onboarding, question-asking, answer comprehension, memory and personalization, proactive guidance, and retention. Your responsibilities include translating complex genomic intelligence into clear, trustworthy, emotionally resonant experiences; defining product outcomes for trust, activation, engagement, and retention; and working closely with AI Platform, Engineering, Bioinformatics, and Design teams.
You will use analytics, experimentation, customer research, and Customer Success signals to inform decisions. You'll create rapid prototypes and user tests to clarify product intent before implementation, maintain a disciplined learning loop, and write clear PRDs with acceptance criteria and success measures. A key challenge is communicating scientific uncertainty honestly without sacrificing usefulness or confidence.
You bring 7–10 years of product management experience shipping polished native-mobile consumer products with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, engagement, repeat use, retention, or subscription value. You are AI-native and hands-on—comfortable using AI to prototype, interrogate requirements, and accelerate learning. You can speak concretely about AI tools, evaluation, guardrails, and failure modes. You have strong product taste, write clear PRDs, and partner effectively across teams.
Helpful background includes experience in health, wellness, genomics, or other trust-sensitive consumer domains; conversational interfaces; longitudinal personalization; subscriptions; or lifecycle engagement. You are based in the United States and comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote environment.
