Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has embedded itself deeply in manufacturing and logistics operations, generating proprietary data from millions of shifts and maintaining strong enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is now launching an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows. As Senior Product Manager for the AI Agents team, you will be a founding member architecting the next layer of Traba's product—an applied AI system designed for light industrial businesses. This is a true 0-to-1 product role at the frontier of applied AI, where you'll embed deeply in customer operations to design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make autonomous decisions, and execute work on behalf of users. Key responsibilities include: architecting and stewarding product strategy for the AI agent platform; solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with product engineers and ML teams; rapidly validating and prototyping ideas with customers and design partners; designing agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work; defining product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks; using data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions; evolving the AI product portfolio with deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture; and communicating complex concepts across all organizational levels. You will report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with founders, product engineers, ML teams, and early design partners. The role demands comfort with rapid iteration as underlying model ecosystems and AI capabilities evolve constantly. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. You must have shipped customer-facing AI products where systems took meaningful autonomous actions—not just AI features, copilots, chat interfaces, or lightweight LLM integrations. You understand agents that execute workflows, orchestrate systems, use tools, maintain context, and perform work autonomously. You thrive in highly ambiguous startup environments, move quickly when models and assumptions shift, and have strong technical instincts enabling you to work as a peer with ML engineers. Experience with customer-embedded product development, forward-deployed models, or deeply embedded early-stage customer work is highly valued. You should be comfortable reading evaluations, reasoning through system performance, prototyping ideas, and participating deeply in technical conversations. A builder mentality, scrappy problem-solving approach, and deep familiarity with modern AI tools and systems are essential.
