Adonis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the execution and scaling of AI Agent workflows within its healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) automation platform. The role focuses on translating complex RCM processes into reliable, repeatable automation that drives measurable customer value. Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end workflows by partnering with RCM experts, customers, and engineers to capture requirements and map business logic. You will translate customer standard operating procedures and payer processes into reusable, configurable workflow templates that work across different EHR and payer systems. Collaboration with engineering is essential to design orchestration patterns, data flows, and integration layers that enable agents to operate reliably and efficiently. You will own the roadmap and execution for assigned agent workflows and related product surfaces, partnering with the agents product lead and engineering to define APIs, configuration models, and platform capabilities needed to deploy, monitor, and manage workflows at scale. Prioritization of workflow improvements will be based on customer needs, operational impact, quality, and technical feasibility. You'll drive payer coverage expansion across RPA, Voice, and API modalities while ensuring appropriate payer mix and redundancy. Cross-functional collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with RCM experts, Forward Deployment Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and align capabilities with business outcomes. You'll serve as a connector between customers, payers, and internal teams to ensure agents solve high-impact, scalable problems. Data-driven product leadership is critical. You will define and monitor KPIs for workflow quality, readiness, reliability, adoption, coverage, and customer value. Partner with analytics to evaluate workflow performance, identify coverage gaps, and prioritize roadmap investments using data. Apply quantitative insights to improve workflow reliability, efficiency, and automation rates. Required qualifications include 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning products or complex workflows from discovery through launch and iteration. Deep, hands-on understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management is essential, including claims, denials, accounts receivable, payer follow-up, eligibility, prior authorization, and payment workflows. You must have experience working directly with RCM operators, billing teams, or healthcare customers to understand processes and translate them into product requirements. Strong technical fluency with API documentation, data requirements, system integrations, and trade-offs across RPA, Voice, and API modalities is required. A data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and making evidence-based product decisions is essential, along with excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
