Everlab is an Australian healthtech startup building a comprehensive health platform that connects every available healthcare service to deliver personalized care. The company has achieved 23x revenue growth since June 2025 and recently closed a $65m Series A round. Everlab owns the entire experience: technology, clinical partnerships, and member touchpoints. The company runs Australia's most comprehensive health assessment with 100+ biomarkers across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by longevity doctors who create personalized plans and re-test every six months.
As Senior Product Manager for Access, you will own the complete member journey from deciding to investigate a health concern through to receiving and reviewing results. Access is one of four product value streams covering ordering, referrals, scheduling, attendance, results delivery, and the partner network enabling diagnostics. You will work with a dedicated squad of engineers and a designer, alongside the clinical operations team and external partners (referrers, pathology labs, imaging providers, clinicians) who deliver testing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end chain from test ordering to result review, including all member-facing surfaces
- Managing commercial and operational relationships with labs, imaging providers, and referrers
- Deciding when problems require automation versus people and process solutions
- Setting and defending the Access squad's roadmap
- Measuring success by two weekly metrics: time from member decision to answer, and completion rate of ordered tests
The role is heavily operational and external-facing. You will spend significant time solving cross-organizational coordination challenges as Everlab expands across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Much of the work involves understanding why results take time to arrive and designing solutions that work across organizations you don't control.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in product management at startup or scaleup companies
- Proven experience owning a customer journey that crossed organizational boundaries
- Background in multi-party domains such as marketplaces, logistics, healthcare delivery, or supply chains (ex-consultants, chiefs of staff, and ops leads are strong fits)
- Ability to size problems with data before proposing solutions, including from messy or incomplete data
- Experience running multiple work streams simultaneously with real trade-offs
- Strong written communication skills; ability to write briefs engineers can build from directly
- Demonstrated negotiation experience with external parties whose incentives differ from yours
- Track record of shipping operational changes that persist after you stop pushing them
- Comfort with the operational half of product management as much as roadmap work
- Genuine enjoyment of external and commercial work (approximately half your week)
