Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic advancement of the Ground Control Station (GCS) product line—the unified hardware and software interface through which warfighters command and control Anduril's defense systems. This role sits at the intersection of multiple business lines and requires transforming GCS from a collection of customized, mission-specific configurations into a highly scalable, standardized common platform.
You will own the complete product strategy and roadmap, serving as the customer advocate and cross-divisional connective tissue. Key responsibilities include conducting a deep technical baseline assessment of GCS, establishing partnerships with engineering and technical leads across divisions, and developing a comprehensive understanding of other business line roadmaps to identify integration requirements and friction points.
You will define and secure cross-functional alignment on a 12-month GCS roadmap, prioritizing core modular hardware and software interfaces that enable seamless integration. Your work will drive internal adoption across multiple Anduril business lines, with teams actively building on or integrating GCS into their own product offerings.
The role demands end-to-end product lifecycle ownership—from analyzing fragmented requirements and defining the MVP, through hardware sourcing and manufacturing, software integration, launch, commercial sales enablement, and scaling. You will consolidate disparate, highly customized systems, resolve technical debt, and standardize them into a polished, market-ready product. Building strong relationships across multiple business lines is essential, as you balance unique divisional needs while maintaining a unified product baseline.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of product management experience with complex, physical hardware products (ruggedized systems, edge compute, or mechanical controls) that integrate tightly with real-time software. You must demonstrate proven ability to take fragmented or unrefined systems and standardize them into cohesive, scalable products. Excellent cross-functional communication, resource balancing, and stakeholder management are critical. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
