Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering buy-now-pay-later financing without hidden fees or compounding interest. The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team, which focuses on Distribution Partnerships—a high-leverage growth lever that integrates Affirm into platforms merchants already use, making every merchant on that platform instantly reachable through a single integration. In this role, you will own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio, making merchant onboarding frictionless and expanding the platform partnerships ecosystem. You'll develop a Partner Acceleration Strategy that builds durable, repeatable capabilities, enabling faster launches and easier scaling across future integrations rather than solving problems one partner at a time. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, engineering) to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners. You'll build relationships with partners to gather feedback and insights, define and prioritize product features to improve customer and merchant experience, create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many team, develop success metrics and OKRs, and partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies. You should have directly managed multiple technical software products from kick-off through post-launch, driving measurable business impact. You're equally comfortable with technical details, design iteration, and data analysis. You navigate complex organizational dynamics with discipline and strong interpersonal communication. You have a bias toward action, can turn ambiguous inputs into solid action plans, and have shipped high-quality products on time. Experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, or BNPL is a bonus. The role requires comfort with externally facing responsibilities, speaking confidently about products, and influencing outcomes beneficial to both Affirm and its partners.
