Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering consumers flexible buy-now-pay-later financing without hidden fees or compounding interest. This Senior Product Manager role owns and grows Affirm's Distribution Partnerships program (internally called "1:Many"), one of the company's highest-leverage growth levers.
Instead of integrating with merchants one-by-one, the 1:Many strategy integrates once into platforms merchants already use, making every merchant on that platform instantly reachable through a single integration. This approach dramatically scales Affirm's reach across vertical software and platform partners.
You will own the full product lifecycle for partner integrations, from strategy through launch and scaling. Key responsibilities include: taking product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and growing the broader platform partner portfolio; building durable, repeatable capabilities that make future integrations faster to launch and easier to scale; collaborating with cross-functional teams (commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics, engineering) to define and launch integrations; gathering partner feedback and translating it into product improvements; defining and prioritizing features to enhance customer, partner, and merchant experiences; creating and managing the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team; developing success metrics and OKRs; and partnering with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies.
You'll need direct experience managing multiple technical software products from conception through post-launch, with demonstrated business impact. You should be equally comfortable with technical depth (working with engineers on implementation details), design iteration (collaborating in Figma), and data analysis (breaking down funnels with analysts). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to navigate complex organizational dynamics. You have a bias toward action, can turn ambiguous inputs into solid action plans, and have shipped high-quality products on time. Experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, or BNPL is a bonus.
