Snowflake seeks a Senior Product Launch Manager to lead the orchestration of product launches for the AI Data Cloud platform. This role sits within the Product Marketing team and owns the complete launch lifecycle—from planning and readiness through execution, enablement, and post-launch analysis. You will develop and maintain scalable launch frameworks that leverage AI-powered workflows and automation to accelerate content production and reduce manual effort across marketing and enablement teams.
Key responsibilities include: owning the product launch roadmap and calendar; partnering with product, marketing, sales, and enablement to ensure field teams are equipped with messaging, materials, and training; leading cross-functional launch programs and timelines; tracking launch metrics to measure adoption and pipeline impact; building AI-assisted content workflows that scale production; and establishing a Launch & Content Center of Excellence operating model that codifies best practices.
You will serve as a central hub for launch strategy execution, influencing senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in product marketing, program management, product operations, or content strategy—preferably in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS. You should have hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows, strong cross-functional team management skills, and an analytical mindset for interpreting launch data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential, as is the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations. A self-starting, action-oriented mindset and comfort with 25% travel are expected. BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
