As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own large engineering scope to build new products from zero to one, working closely with founders and a collaborative product, design, and engineering team. You will shape both the product roadmap and engineering foundation while working at the cutting edge of AI technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product and design to translate high-level business ideas into deployed engineering solutions
- Building new products using modern tech stack: TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, and LLMs
- Experimenting with and integrating various tech platforms and vendors to accelerate value delivery
- Establishing engineering standards and foundations to support team and business scaling
- Mentoring multiple engineers and managing infrastructure
You bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale. You are customer-obsessed, creative, and hungry—able to move from concept to production independently while remaining collaborative and supportive of teammates. You have hands-on experience with infrastructure and are excited to mentor and grow the engineering team.
