You will join the Growth team as a Senior Product Designer, owning the end-to-end experience that brings new users into the Superhuman ecosystem and drives activation, retention, and expansion. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design experiences that are both delightful and measurably effective. Key responsibilities include: - Own design of key growth surfaces including onboarding, activation flows, referral programs, and upgrade moments across Superhuman's product suite - Design full user journeys, not isolated touchpoints—connecting key moments into coherent end-to-end experiences - Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, compelling design solutions that move growth metrics - Drive experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and iterating rapidly based on results - Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth PM, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align on strategy and ship high-quality work - Contribute to and evolve Superhuman's design system, ensuring consistency and quality at scale - Bring a sharp eye for craft, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model with focus time and in-person collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion, or lifecycle design - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work with measurable business impact - Deep experience with experimentation and data-informed design decision-making - Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of prototyping tools - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with high ambiguity
