ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the dCX Design team, part of the broader Product Design organization. This role sits at the intersection of design, product management, and engineering, with design having an intentional seat at the table from the earliest stages of product development.
In this position, you will develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work globally. You will drive user experiences from concept to delivery, grounded in deep comprehension of user needs and design principles. Working within a cross-functional team, you will champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from multiple stakeholders, and contribute in a collaborative, supportive environment. You will also have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant design experience
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
- Strong experience with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
