ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Industries Technology team, which creates industry-specific products and experiences enabling organizations to operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes. In this role, you will drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles. You'll work as part of a cross-functional team with engineering and product management from the outset, championing your design approach, reconciling stakeholder feedback, and providing input in a collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to grow leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.

ServiceNow's Product Design team emphasizes empathizing with and understanding users' and customers' needs. Designers come from varied backgrounds—design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design—and collaborate closely with both engineering and product management.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of relevant design experience
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
- Strong experience with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- A growth mindset, continually strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
