Zuper is a field service management platform built for the trades—serving dispatchers, project managers, and contractors who need software that works intuitively without extensive training. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces, from workflow mapping through polished, production-ready UI. You will map systems before designing them, understanding how data, roles, and states interact across the product. You'll design AI-powered features that feel useful and contextual rather than experimental, working directly with product and engineering to shape what gets built. You'll contribute to and extend the Prelude design system, making it more expressive and scalable. A significant part of your role involves talking directly to customers—conducting interviews, usability sessions, and site visits—giving you more direct customer access than most design roles offer. You'll set the quality bar on your work and help the team reach it. Zuper serves major organizations including IKEA, Vodafone, and Sail Internet, and is backed by Sequoia Capital, HubSpot Ventures, FUSE Ventures, and Prime Venture Partners. The company has raised over $21M in funding and is headquartered in Seattle with a growing team in Chennai.
