Weave is an all-in-one customer communication and engagement platform for small-to-medium healthcare practices. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to design intuitive, connected, and scalable experiences across Weave's Digital Forms products, helping practices collect information, communicate and collaborate, and manage workflows that support their day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery, customer research, and journey mapping through ideation, interaction design, execution, and iteration. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences across connected workflows, simplify complex operational tasks, and establish scalable UX patterns that evolve across the broader platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Centre, and related workflows, translating complex operational needs into intuitive, seamless, and accessible experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to turn complex customer problems into clear, actionable solutions that improve productivity and deliver meaningful product outcomes.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key workflow and collaboration experiences.
- Define scalable interaction patterns and UI solutions that simplify multi-step workflows while balancing clarity, usability, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Leverage and contribute to Weave's Design System to create consistent, high-quality experiences while evolving patterns to support new and increasingly complex product needs.
- Conduct customer research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office teams to understand real-world workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and tools such as Pendo and Sigma to understand user behaviour, evaluate design effectiveness, and continuously improve experiences based on evidence.
- Collaborate with designers across the broader platform to identify opportunities for shared patterns, connected experiences, and a cohesive end-to-end customer journey.
- Contribute to a strong and inclusive design culture through thoughtful critique, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.
- Partner closely with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure design quality, accessibility, and consistency from initial concepts through the shipped experience.
Weave values diverse perspectives and seeks designers who can navigate complex problems, understand and advocate for customer needs, bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, and collaborate effectively across disciplines. The ideal candidate brings strong interaction and visual design skills, product thinking, and a systems mindset to create experiences that are intuitive, efficient, accessible, and impactful.
