Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual
Spark Advisors is building healthcare technology to transform how Medicare advisors serve seniors. The company combines AI, CRM, and client services to help 10,000+ brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients. The team includes talent from Square, Ramp, Yext, Oscar, and Cedar, backed by Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures.
As Senior Product Designer, you will turn complex data into meaningful user action by designing experiences for internal operations tooling and agency leader interfaces. You'll work across execution and discovery, partnering closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design interaction flows and UI components that help brokers and agency leaders act on key data (production trends, contracting gaps, commission issues)
- Translate complex datasets and reporting into clear, intuitive workflows, visualizations, and controls
- Conduct user research (discovery interviews, usability tests) and shape design decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship features across the full product lifecycle
- Incorporate AI tools into design processes (research synthesis, rapid prototyping, design exploration)
- Contribute reusable components, interaction patterns, and documentation to the design system
- Apply and refine information architecture and navigation patterns to reduce cognitive load
The ideal candidate has deep experience in data-rich B2B SaaS or internal tools environments, with strong ability to simplify complexity without losing nuance. You bring solid UX fundamentals, collaborative mindset, and talent for turning insight into impact.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools with emphasis on complex workflows and data-rich interfaces
- Portfolio required: must demonstrate end-to-end projects, design decision-making, user research, user flows, and production UI deliverables
- Fluency in Figma and eagerness to work with and help evolve AI-assisted design workflows
- Experience contributing to a design system (components, patterns, documentation)
- Solid understanding of information architecture and structuring data-heavy experiences for clarity
- Strong UX fundamentals and craft, with growing systems thinking
- Track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating design rationale grounded in user and business insight
