As Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for multiple product lines, from validating concepts through user feedback to delivering high-fidelity designs that scale. - Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma to support rapid prototyping and consistent implementation
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights, journey maps, and personas
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure thoughtful, production-ready handoffs
- Bring new ideas to life through low-fidelity explorations and interactive prototypes
The role is hybrid in NYC, with 3-4 days per week in office (M, W, Th), switching to 3 days in summer. GreenLite values in-office culture for relationships, collaboration, and creativity while enabling balance for teammates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience designing modern web applications (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Mastery of Figma and strong grounding in human-centered design principles
- Proficiency with AI design tools (Figma Make, Claude Design)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly
- Bias toward action and comfort working independently within a small, fast-paced team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and product leads
