As a Senior Product Designer, you will report directly to the Head of Product Design and play a key role in shaping the product experience across Fresha's platform. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside product managers, engineers, customer experience teams, and senior leadership to design and ship features across the entire product. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features that solve real customer problems - Conducting user research, running studies, and synthesizing learnings to inform product direction - Communicating design vision and presenting work to key stakeholders - Translating complex problems into elegant, simple solutions that balance user needs with technical capabilities - Designing and prototyping interfaces with meticulous attention to detail, from lightweight explorations to complex interactive prototypes - Contributing to design system consistency and quality, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of design excellence - Taking accountability for high design quality and driving continuous improvement You'll join a stellar design team with members from top-tier companies including Sky, Dyson, Renault, and ASOS. The role is office-based in London, requiring 5 days per week on-site. Requirements: - 4–6 years of professional experience in product design - Exceptional visual and user interface design skills grounded in user-centered design principles - Strong command of design fundamentals: consistency, color, typography, and attention to detail - Proven experience working with design systems to produce beautiful, scalable design - Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product direction under tight deadlines - Self-starter with a proactive approach and comfort thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments - Creative problem-solving, composure under pressure, and passion for design excellence
