Salary: EUR 34,000 - 43,000 / annual
BitSight is a cyber risk management platform that helps companies manage cybersecurity exposure and performance. The company has over 3,500 customers and 600+ employees across Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote locations.
You will serve as Senior Product Designer, taking full ownership of key product areas as BitSight integrates AI solutions into its platform. This is a greenfield role where you'll shape how users experience BitSight's data and products through innovative design. You'll drive the end-to-end design process—from problem discovery and research through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end design for assigned product areas, balancing long-term vision with fast-paced execution
- Conduct user research, talking directly to customers to inform what gets built and how it looks
- Collaborate with Product teams on problem framing and solution design
- Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0) to prototype, test, and gather feedback quickly
- Contribute to and extend the design system, raising consistency across the product
- Help evolve how the team designs for AI-powered features and uncertain model outputs
- Participate in design critique to lift quality across the team

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7 years of product design experience with a track record of senior-level ownership on shipped products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft (interaction and visual design) and problem-solving (problem framing, process, measurable impact)
- Experience designing AI-powered features, agentic workflows, or prototyping with AI tools
- Experience with complex, data-rich, or analytical products and hands-on work with design systems
- Fast learner comfortable with ambiguity; ability to move forward while building knowledge in greenfield areas
PREFERRED:
- Experience in cybersecurity or related B2B enterprise domains
- Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up
