Lively is a remote-first fintech company headquartered in San Francisco that provides modern HSA, FSA, and HRA products alongside a broader suite of benefits and financial services. The company combines user-centric design with innovative technology to simplify benefits administration for employers, employees, and financial institutions. As Senior Product Compliance Analyst, you will be the go-to compliance expert for Lively's core tax-advantaged benefit products (HSA, FSA, HRA), reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance. You will develop deep, specialized expertise in how these products operate end-to-end, including fund flows, transaction processing, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: **Internal Subject Matter Expertise**: Serve as the primary compliance resource for Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Member Services, and Sales teams. Answer ad hoc regulatory questions, review marketing materials and customer-facing content for UDAAP and regulatory compliance, and advise on benefits regulations and transaction processing at the intersection of operations and compliance. **Risk Management**: Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features, platform developments, workflow changes, and emerging technologies (including AI-powered tools). Evaluate whether changes introduce regulatory risk, recommend design modifications or controls, track mitigation efforts, and identify privacy implications (HIPAA, data privacy). **Regulatory Monitoring & Escalation Support**: Monitor regulatory developments and produce actionable impact assessments. Support internal teams and customers on escalations involving regulatory considerations within your areas of expertise. **Transaction & Operations Compliance**: Develop expertise in how benefit account transactions are processed (ACH, card networks) and serve as an advisory resource for Banking Ops, Account Ops, and Card Ops teams. You will work closely with the Senior Product Compliance Manager, who covers COBRA, commuter, and lifestyle spending accounts, ensuring comprehensive compliance coverage across the product suite. Wyoming residency (Mountain Time Zone) is preferred but not required due to Lively's operation of a Wyoming-chartered trust company.
