ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. The company helps brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with brands they love. Recently valued at $1.5B with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners, Avenir Growth Capital, and Bain Capital Ventures, ShopMy is at the intersection of technology, culture, and taste.
As Senior Product Builder for Shopper Experience, you will drive the execution and growth of ShopMy's consumer-facing shopping product post-launch. You'll work across design, engineering, data, marketing, and brand teams to refine the experience, improve key shopper metrics, and scale engagement and retention.
This is fundamentally a builder's role. You'll take ambiguous problems, form a point of view, and ship—not hand off specs and wait. A design background is essential; this product lives and dies on taste and craft, and you need strong opinions on what good looks like and the ability to defend them.
Key responsibilities include: leading feature definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration for personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization; partnering deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases and remove blockers; owning success metrics for adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention; analyzing product and behavioral data to identify growth drivers; using quantitative and qualitative insights from analytics, feedback, interviews, and research to inform decisions; acting as a central communication hub between engineering, design, data, brand, marketing, and executives; enabling team alignment around shared vision and clear success criteria; and driving post-launch optimization and experimentation through rapid testing and iteration.
You bring 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer-facing products and shipped releases. A design background is a must—this role particularly rewards a sharp eye for UX and visual craft. You have 0→1 energy, treating ambiguous problems as your responsibility rather than someone else's, and prefer prototyping real solutions over writing long specs. You're comfortable getting into code when needed—not necessarily an engineer, but willing to ship rather than just describe. You've demonstrated ability to lead products through post-launch growth, defining and measuring success after launch. You have strong analytical skills and comfort with data, making decisions rooted in evidence.
