You will join the Products organization as a Senior Product Builder focused on shaping the future of the Connectors Experience. This is a high-ownership role combining product thinking, user empathy, UX judgment, and hands-on execution. You will independently take vague problems, define success criteria, and ship outcomes while working directly with customers and forward-deployed engineers in an AI-first environment.
Key responsibilities include: discovering and clarifying user problems in the Connectors Experience through close collaboration with customers and stakeholders; defining success criteria and scope before build starts; shaping product direction through practical judgment and fast iteration; prototyping, building, hardening, and shipping product improvements end-to-end; using AI tools effectively to accelerate work while maintaining quality; reviewing AI-generated and peer output for maintainability and UX quality; collaborating with other builders to turn ideas into shipped outcomes; improving pod delivery speed and quality; and participating in on-call rotation and escalation support.
You bring independent experience shipping complex products in software environments, not just executing scoped tasks. You work fluidly across product thinking, UX, and hands-on delivery. You operate comfortably in ambiguity, turning open-ended problems into practical next steps. You have strong collaboration and communication skills in remote-first, pod-based environments and demonstrate curiosity about users and bias toward iterative improvement.
Must-haves include: hands-on experience independently building and shipping complex products; strong AI-native delivery habits with ability to run AI-assisted workflows and diagnose weak outputs; ability to describe and shape intended user experience across full features including flow, hierarchy, states, copy, and accessibility; strong product and customer judgment to turn vague direction into clear approaches and define success criteria; and sound technical judgment to review implementation quality beyond functionality, evaluating maintainability, test coverage, and architectural fit.
Nice-to-haves include: experience with workflow software, orchestration, or operations tooling; experience in small, high-autonomy pods with broad ownership; familiarity with connector building and marketplaces; track record independently planning and running validation; and experience mentoring other builders.
