Scopely, a leading interactive entertainment company behind MONOPOLY GO! (the biggest mobile game launch in history), is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join the Minigame Vertical team at their Culver City studio hub on a hybrid basis or fully remote within the US.
In this individual contributor role, you will own end-to-end analytical projects supporting game performance and player behavior insights. You'll work closely with product, data platform, and data science teams to answer complex questions about game mechanics, player engagement, and feature performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deep-dive analysis of large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights driving strategic decisions
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define key metrics, establish data collection processes, and implement analytical frameworks
- Ownership of analytical initiatives from feature inception through A/B testing, reporting, and insights delivery
- Cross-functional partnership to translate data insights into business outcomes and shape product roadmaps
- Hands-on exploration of existing reports and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements
- Clear communication of complex findings to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Leveraging AI-powered tools to improve time-to-insight and analytical quality
You'll need proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence role, with solid SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets. Proficiency with visualization tools (Looker preferred, or Qlikview/Tableau/PowerBI) and strong presentation abilities are essential. A passion for mobile games and continuous learning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is critical. Bonus qualifications include gaming industry background, BigQuery exposure, and Python/R experience.
