Wellframe is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Hyderabad office in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on leading and implementing technical solutions to business problems through rigorous requirements definition, analysis, and documentation.
Key responsibilities include managing and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to understand business and technical needs. You will capture, prioritize, and break down requirements into actionable user stories and tasks. The role involves creating and maintaining requirement traceability matrices, preparing comprehensive user story documentation, and conducting gap analysis between product versions during client upgrades.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for requirement-related clarifications and validation, ensuring all requirements align with signed-off story documentation. The position requires analyzing customer workflows and translating them into system workflows, then communicating these clearly to stakeholders.
Day-to-day activities include participating in agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), attending meetings with product managers and subject matter experts, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the scrum team. You will demonstrate features to stakeholders, support new client implementations, and manage the product backlog.
The ideal candidate brings 4-7 years of related business analysis experience, with a bachelor's or master's degree in administration or related field. Preferred certifications include ECBA, CCBA, CBDA, AHM-250, or CBAP. You should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, technical writing proficiency, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities. Experience with agile methodologies is essential.
