Strava is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a cross-functional product team. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to drive data-informed decision-making and shape product strategy for the world's largest community of active people (200M+ athletes across 185+ countries). Key responsibilities include: analyzing athlete usage patterns and behavior to surface insights and opportunities; collaborating with product partners on A/B test design, implementation, and interpretation while maintaining experimentation best practices; owning critical analytical reporting and building exploratory dashboards as the "source of truth" for internal stakeholders; evaluating data tracking quality and working with engineers on implementation solutions; and proactively identifying trends, quantifying impact, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. You will own end-to-end data solutions spanning instrumentation, ETL, data modeling, and dashboard development. You'll also collaborate with the broader data organization (data science, data engineering) to improve technical practices. Required qualifications: 4+ years of full-time experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative domains, preferably in consumer-facing tech. Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Omni). Deep understanding of data pipeline concepts (ETL, DBT, scripting). Experience defining and building key metrics/dimensions for product and business monitoring. Demonstrated expertise in experimentation and A/B testing (design, implementation, hypothesis testing, regression analysis). Hands-on experience with statistical programming (Python, R) for data wrangling and modeling. Ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities. Clear communication skills with a focus on impact and comfort working both independently and cross-functionally. Strava is backed by Sequoia Capital, TCV, Madrone Partners, and Jackson Square Ventures. The role follows a flexible hybrid model requiring 3+ days per week on-site in the San Francisco office.
