You'll join the Product Analytics team as a Senior Product Analyst, working at the intersection of product thinking and data-driven decision-making. This role is open to strong mid-level analysts through seasoned leads, offering flexibility in seniority based on your background. Key responsibilities include: - Translating complex data into compelling narratives that guide product strategy and decisions - Partnering with Product Managers to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes - Designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests and causal analyses to measure feature impact - Surfacing insights that size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen roadmap prioritization - Collaborating with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking - Creating dashboards and enabling self-service analytics to drive data literacy across product teams You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to bring data into every decision. The role requires 4+ years of product analytics experience, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products. Essential skills include strong SQL, BI tools (Tableau), experimentation design expertise, solid statistics and causal inference knowledge, and compelling communication abilities. Python/R proficiency is a plus.
