The Senior Product Analyst role sits within the Product Analytics team, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona.
Key responsibilities include: translating complex data into compelling narratives that guide product strategy; partnering with product managers to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals; designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests and causal analyses to measure feature impact; surfacing insights that size opportunities and sharpen roadmap prioritization; collaborating with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking; and creating dashboards and self-service analytics to drive data literacy across product teams.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of product analytics experience, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products. Required skills include strong SQL proficiency, expertise with BI tools like Tableau, proven A/B testing and experimentation design experience, solid statistical and causal inference knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. Python or R proficiency is a plus. The role demands a product mindset, proactive ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders independently.
