Constructor is a Series B ecommerce search and discovery platform that powers over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and 100+ countries. The company has built a proprietary search engine using transformers and generative LLMs, serving major brands like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will partner with product teams to translate their work into measurable user behavior and business outcomes. You'll define success metrics, build frameworks connecting product and algorithm performance to revenue and conversion, and guide product strategy through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include: defining and validating metrics for product teams; building metric trees and frameworks that connect product performance to business results; analyzing user behavior and product funnels to identify opportunities; designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests; setting up analytics infrastructure from instrumentation to dashboards; and partnering with product managers, engineers, and leadership to drive decisions. You'll need strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries), and deep understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts. Experience defining metrics, building metric trees, analyzing product funnels, and connecting product changes to business outcomes is essential. Familiarity with ML-driven or AI products is a plus. Preferred experience includes ecommerce and being the first or primary analyst embedded in a product team. The role offers competitive compensation ($80k–$120k USD base plus stock options), fully remote work, unlimited vacation (minimum 3 weeks encouraged), work-from-home stipend, Apple laptops, annual training and development budget, and parental leave.
