Assured is modernizing insurance claims processing, replacing manual, inefficient workflows with AI-powered software solutions for major insurers. As Senior Product Analyst, you'll transform product data into actionable insights that guide product and engineering decisions, particularly around AI and agent-powered capabilities.
Key responsibilities include: defining success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered experiences; designing and analyzing experiments to validate product changes; building dashboards and reporting systems for product health visibility; identifying customer behaviors that predict engagement and retention; analyzing usage patterns to uncover friction points and opportunities; partnering with Product and Engineering on high-impact business questions; and improving data instrumentation and metric definitions.
You'll create confidence in product decisions through rigorous experiment design and communication, translate product data into strategic direction by identifying trends and opportunities, build shared understanding of product health across teams, help shape how success is measured in an AI-first product, bring data into early-stage problem framing, and use cohort analysis and segmentation to reveal customer needs.
Ideal candidates have a track record of answering complex product questions and influencing roadmap decisions; strong SQL and analytical fundamentals; ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences; comfort with ambiguous problems and self-directed analysis; quick learning of new tools (company uses Cursor, Claude, and modern analytics platforms); and familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Deepnote, AWS, Python, or R.
